The Challenge
Before this system was built, Mefunekiim operated like most small service businesses in Israel: pen, paper, and a phone that never stopped ringing. The owner was trapped in a cycle of administrative chaos. Appointment requests came in via WhatsApp at all hours. Customer details—dog names, breeds, special notes—were scattered across a paper notebook and a cluttered spreadsheet. Double-bookings were a recurring nightmare. Reminder calls were made manually (when remembered), and no-shows cost both time and revenue. The Google Calendar was updated by hand, often lagging behind reality. The core problem was clear: the owner was spending more time managing the schedule than actually grooming dogs. And every new customer added another layer of complexity to a system that was already breaking.
The Solution

No phone calls. No waiting for a reply. One Calendar, Two-Way Sync: Appointments created in the system are instantly reflected in Google Calendar. Status changes—completed, cancelled, no-show—update the calendar event in real time. The owner’s schedule is always accurate, accessible from anywhere. Customer & Pet Profiles: Each customer profile stores multiple dogs with their breed, notes, and service history. When a repeat customer books, the system already knows who they are and what they need. A Dashboard Built for Speed: The Hebrew-first interface offers daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views, a quick "Today" snapshot, and instant access to customer search and new bookings. Everything is designed for speed and clarity during a busy workday.
